In order for our customers to enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients, we aim to make sweets, breads, and dishes that are healthy for the body, using as few artificial additives as possible.
We also provide food that is locally produced for local consumption as much as possible, and that makes the most of ingredients that contribute to the local community without causing a food-mileage burden.
