Ramen san-tou-ka Biei
The cloudy 'TONKOTSU', pork bone based, soup taste rich and mellow handed down the tradition of "SANTOUKA".
We are proud of the soup which also smells good !
It is along Route 237.
Salt flavor ramen is popular, but we recommend 'TORONIKU' charshoo (soft pork stewed and grilled with spicy soy sauce for long time)..
