ただし、以下のものは除外します。
※ 国土交通省及び管轄航空局長から無人飛行機の飛行に係わる許可及び申請承認を受けたもので、かつ地権者の同意を得たもの
※ 航空法により一部の飛行は禁止されており承認が必要です。
違反した場合は法律により罰せられる事があります。
