Biei Provincial Museum "Misora"
Biei Provincial Museum "Misora" is a facility that provides a place for everyone to learn about history as well as nature of Biei, and to promote culture, education, and science with the aim of enriching the quality of people's life.
In the facility, visitors can learn about the magnificence of nature, including Mt. Tokachi, through the Geopark, and visually recognize the current Biei town, which has developed through the efforts of our predecessors, with video images and floor maps. In addition, there are a variety of exhibits that allow visitors to touch, hear, and see the progress of history with their hands, ears, and eyes.
Astronomical obesevatory is also opened for public with charges.
