The owner, a vegetable sommelier, and a nutritionist and fermentation sommelier will serve breakfast and dinner tailored to each guest's tastes, using fermented seasonings instead of chemical seasonings.
We also accommodate those who are vegan or allergic to certain foods.
From the windows of the inn, you can see the famous red-roofed houses of Biei.
The inn is also barrier-free, so guests with wheelchairs can use it comfortably.
*A concierge is permanently stationed on the second floor, so there is no need to prepare baths and meals yourself.
