Located northwest of the downtown, the hills scenery from the observation deck next to the park and the lavender field in the park is spectacular.

Others Depending on the sightseeing time and the season (Japanese Golden Week, weekends in July and August, consecutive holidays, etc.), the parking may be full due to the concentration of tourists. The second parking lot (10 spaces) is located below the observatory, so please consider using it during peak season. We expect more congestion on consecutive holidays such as weekends and national holidays, etc. We ask for your cooperation in spreading out the time and place of parking whenever possible.

The risk of accidents increases in proportion to the volume of traffic. To prevent rear-end collisions, please drive safely and keep a safe distance between vehicles.

Also, large farm vehicles frequently pass through the area during the busy farming season. Although the hills covered with wheat fields are a summery scene, we ask that you please do not enter the fields. We ask for your cooperation in not blocking the way of large farm vehicles.

There are no restrooms in the area, and there are not many parking lots. Please make sure to use the restroom before starting your tour.
