Tour Details01 | <Schedule> 10:00~12:00 / 13:00~15:00 -We will walk about 2~3 km through the forest, depending on the weather. -Please let us know if you would like to use the hot springs at Shirogane Onsen after the tour as we can provide you with a discount ticket. |
Tour Details02 | <Conditions to participate> -You will walk up to 3km on this tour, so you must have a good level of fitness and be mobile. -Minimum number of participants: 1 adult -Children aged 7 and above can participate. (Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.) -For insurance purposes, we require the names as per passport and ages of all participants. -Upon applying, please inform us of a contact phone number we can use to reach you the day before and on the day of the experience. |
Tour Details03 | <Things to bring / prepare> -Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. -The Shirogane area is at a higher altitude than Biei's hills so it is a fair few degrees cooler, even in summer. In order to keep warm, please wear a long-sleeved shirt, pants and jacket. -Drinking water -Please wear trekking shoes or walking shoes that are comfortable and easy to walk in. (We can lend you boots and rain coat if you require them). -Please bring towels if you would like to go to the hot springs (they are not provided there). <Terms and Conditions> -We will contact you to confirm the requested booking date. -Regarding accidents during the tour, with the exception of accidents caused by the intent or gross negligence of the guide or our partners, the guide or partner accepts no responsibility. -Tours conducted in the great outdoors come with dangers as well as joys, so please be sure to follow your guide's instructions. <Cancellation> If cancellation comes from you, the customer, then cancellation fees will apply as follows: 50% of program fee (1 day prior) 100% of program fee (on the day) 100% of program fee (No show) |
