Important information before purchasing bus tickets

Terms and Conditions

【Before make your purchase】 ・Tour prices vary depending on the booking date, tour date, fuel costs, and other factors. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking and can be verified on the reservation screen. ・No price-altering changes allowed after booking, including chanes on dates and number of applicants.  Please cancel the entire reservation and book again. Please be aware cancellation fees may apply based on the cancellation date. ・Bookings made within 10 days of the tour date will incur cancellation fees immediately upon booking. ・If you plan to leave the tour midway or require special assistance, please kindly inform us in the comment section when booking. ・Even if “Full Booked” on the website,tickets may still be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis at the “Shiki-no-Joho-kan” (Biei Information Center) on the previous/same day. We highly recommend booking in advance by 5pm 4 days prior to the tour dates to secure your seat. ・Payment can be made by Credit Card, Google Pay, or PayPay. ・No waiting list available. ・All bookings, changes and cancellations must be made through this website. Requests via phone, fax, or email are not accepted. 【Before departure】 ・Please complete your check-in at the “Bus Tour Counter” (Shiki-no-Johokan 1F) at least 15 minutes before bus depart. ・QR code from this site is required at check-in. Please present your booking QR code at the reception desk. We recommend taking a screenshot of the QR code beforehand in a good signal area. ・For train access from different directions and nearby sightseeing info, please see below. ・Luggage can be stored in the bus trunk for free or at the information center with charges. ・Tours may be cancelled in the event of weather warnings. In such cases, we will contact the group representative and post an announcement on our website. A full refund will be provided. 【During the tour】 ・Seats are all reserved. Please use the same seat until the end of the tour. ・Please be sure to keep your valuables with you at all times. ・Please keep your seatbelt fastened while the bus is in moving. ・Food and drinks are allowed on board, but soft-serve ice cream is strictly prohibited. ・Meeting time at each sighseeing spot will be announced before getting off. The bus will depart on schedule, so please return to the bus on time. ・We always aim to operate our bus service on schedule. However, due to road or weather conditions, the sightseeing time or itinerary may be shortened or changed. Please be aware that there may be cases where you cannot make your connecting train or bus. ・There is no restroom on the bus. Some travel intervals may take around 30 minutes, so please use the restroom before departure or at each sightseeing spot. ・The use of drones (flying or filming) is strictly prohibited. ・The fields and pastures are private property. To protect the crops from diseases, please do not step into them under any circumstances.

Everyday from July to September	Jul 1, 2026 – Sep 30, 2026
Fare	Adult (Age 12 or above)	5,000 yen～
	Child (Age 6-11)	2,500 yen～
	Child (Age 4-5)	2,500 yen～
	Infant (Under age 3)	0 yen (Child fare applies if a seat is required.)

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation Fees (apply starting 10 days before the tour date)
10 to 8 days prior to the day before the tour starts		20%
7 to 2 days prior to the day before the tour starts		30%
The day before the tour starts		40%
The day of the tour (Before departure time)		50%
After the tour has started or No-show without notice		100%

*Excludes cases where safe operation may not possible due to natural disasters.
