Terms and Conditions

【Before make your purchase】

1. ・Tour prices fluctuate based on application date, participation date, and fuel costs. Final rates will be confirmed on the booking screen.
2. ・Online purchase is available from 90 days  to 4 days until 17:00 (JST) prior to your participation date.
3. ・Cancellation fees apply from 10 days prior to the participation date. If you book within 10 days of departure, the cancellation policy takes effect immediately after the booking is completed.
4. ・Changes to dates or courses are only permitted up to 11 days prior to your participation date. 
5. ・No changes can be made within 10 days prior to the participation date. If you wish to make changes, please cancel the entire reservation and book again. In this case, the standard cancellation fees will apply. Please review your dates carefully before confirming.
6. ・Changes, which affect the price, are not allowed. This includes changing to dates with different rates or reducing the number of participants. In this case, please cancel the entire reservation and book again. Please be aware cancellation fees may apply based on the cancellation date.
7. ・Even if “Full Booked” is shown on the website, tickets may still be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis at the “Shiki-no-Johokan” (Biei Tourism Association) on the day before or on the day that you participate. We highly recommend booking in advance by 17:00 (JST) 4 days prior to the tour dates to secure your seat.
8. ・If you plan to leave the tour midway or require special assistance, please kindly inform us in the comment section when booking.
9. ・Payment can be made by Credit Card, Google Pay, or PayPay.
10. ・To ensure security and prevent unauthorized access, two-factor authentication is mandatory upon registration. Please verify your identity by entering the confirmation code sent to your smartphone after your ID and password.
11. ・No waiting list available.
12. ・All bookings, changes and cancellations must be made through this website. Requests via phone, fax, or email are not accepted.

【Before departure】

1. ・Please complete your check-in at the “Bus Tour Counter” (Shiki-no-Johokan 1F) at least 15 minutes before bus depart.
2. ・QR code from this site is required at check-in. Please present your booking QR code at the reception desk. We recommend taking a screenshot of  the QR code beforehand in a good signal area.
3. ・For train access from different directions and nearby sightseeing info, please see details below.
4. ・Luggage can be stored in the bus compartment for free or at the information center with charges.
5. ・Tours may be cancelled in the event of weather warnings. In such cases, we will contact the group representative and post an announcement on our website. A full refund will be provided.

【During the tour】

1. ・Seats are all reserved. Please use the same seat until the end of the tour.
2. ・Please be sure to keep your valuables with you at all times.
3. ・Please keep your seatbelt fastened while the bus is in moving.
4. ・Food and drinks are allowed on board, but soft-serve ice cream is strictly prohibited.
5. ・Please note that bugs or mosquitoes may be active at certain tourist destinations depending on the time of year. For your comfort, we suggest carrying insect repellent.
6. ・Meeting time at each sighseeing spot will be announced before getting off. The bus will depart on schedule, so please return to the bus on time.
7. ・We always aim to operate our bus service on schedule. However, due to road or weather conditions, the sightseeing time or itinerary may be shortened or changed. Please be aware that there may be cases where you cannot make your connecting train or bus.
8. ・There is no restroom on the bus. Some travel intervals may take around 30 minutes, so please use the restroom before departure or at each sightseeing spot.
9. ・The use of drones (flying or filming) is strictly prohibited.
10. ・The fields and pastures are private property. To protect the crops from diseases, please do not step into them under any circumstances.

Shiki-no-Johokan → Shirogane Blue Pond (about 35 mins for sightseeing) → Shirahige-no-Taki Falls (about 20 mins for sightseeing) → Shikisai-no-Oka Panoramic Flower Gardens (about 45 mins for sightseeing) → Shiki-no-Johokan Note: It takes about 5 minutes on foot from any parking lot to the spot.

Places to Visit

	Shirogane Blue Pond Colloidal particles made by Shirahige-no-Taki Falls when its water mix in Biei river scatters sunlight and casue the water looks blue.
Shirahige-no-Taki Falls It is one of the rare waterfalls in Japan, and the subterranean water flows down out of the cracks in the rock wall with great force looks like a “white beard”.
	Shikisai-no-Oka Panoramic Flower Gardens Flower fields spread out against the backdrop of the Daisetsu mountain range and hill scenery, and about 30 types of flowers can be seen from spring to fall.
