丘のまちのちゅうか屋さん ＊ちゃい＊さんからシビレる情報が届きました。
最近よくメディアなどで『麻辣マーラー』を耳にすることがあるが。。。
本来の麻辣とは何だろうか？？？山椒と唐辛子が入っていれば麻辣なのか？山椒を沢山かければいいのか？シビれればいいのか？
中国の方がそれを食べたらちゃんと麻辣だと思うのか。。。
人それぞれの解釈なのでなんとも言えませんがブームだけで終わって欲しくないものです🙏
そこで”ちゃい”では私の思う『麻辣』をひとつ提案してみたいと思います！麻と辣の香りにこだわった一杯のシンプルな麺料理ですが一度ご賞味ください😋]
