上川地方では発達した低気圧に伴い、明日2月16日の朝から17日にかけて、数年に一度の猛吹雪となるおそれがあります。
大変危険ですので、不要な外出は控えるようにしましょう。
今後の状況によっては、大きな吹き溜まりによる交通障害や停電なども予想されますので、テレビなどから最新の気象情報を確認し、天候の変化に十分ご注意ください。
