事業者のみなさんへ
受動喫煙の防止については、平成３０年７月に健康増進法が改正され、これまでの「マナー」から「ルール」へと対策の強化が図られました。
道では、こうした状況を踏まえ、令和２年３月に「北海道受動喫煙防止条例」を制定し、全ての方に望まない受動喫煙を生じさせない「受動喫煙ゼロ」の実現を目指し、道、道民、事業者及び関係団体がそれぞれの責務の下、協働しながら道民運動として、受動喫煙防止対策を推進することとしています。
北海道では「北海道のきれいな空気の施設登録事業」を令和２年４月から新たに実施しています。
