[Regarding the Winter Route of Patchwork Road (Seven Star Tree)]

The route from "bi.ble (formerly Hokuei Elementary School)" to "Seven Star Tree" is vulnerable to wind, snow, and heavy snowfall, so the same measures (unplowed route) will be taken this year as well.

Snow removal will be carried out at the Seven Star Tree parking lot, but snow will be collected in a section of the parking lot, so please understand that conditions will be different from summer.

We sometimes receive inquiries about roads marked as “snow removal routes” and claiming that they have not been cleared.

In many cases, this is due to strong winds blowing snow back onto roads quickly after snow removal. Roads with few buildings or structures nearby are particularly prone to snow accumulation. Furthermore, if safety cannot be ensured due to a snowstorm or other reason, snow removal operations may be temporarily suspended and the roads may be halted until the weather improves.

We appreciate your understanding that natural conditions make it difficult to maintain road conditions at all times.

If bad weather is expected, please check the latest road information and weather forecast, and allow plenty of time to travel safely.
