Biei Hokkaido has a climate similar to the inland regions of Europe, where ham and sausages were developed.
We make it by hand one by one using locally grown raw meat in this town with the old-fashioned method without adding any extra things, and omitting the important work.
There is a restaurant for tasting ham and sausage beside the shop, so please feel free to try it.
